The Turtle and the Frog

i painted this for another friend/coworker. her favorite animals were frogs and turtles. it seems i never make anything for myself, but that's okay.

overall, i'm pretty happy with this one. i made a ton of mistakes but learned to (try to) correct them. lots of frustrations because things wouldn't work the way i wanted them to but it was a good experience that's for sure.

also, it was very difficult to combine two very different animals, a red-eyed tree frog and a sea turtle but i think i managed. i also really like space and stars and night time haha.
